WARRANTY We guarantee that the recipes for the dishes we offer on our menu contain no Zero8 priority allergens such as wheat, or other grains containing gluten, fish, seafood, milk, lactose or casein, eggs, soy, peanuts, nuts*, and sesame (Zero8 allergens).
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND DRINKS We select our beverages, including alcoholic beverages, so that they are generally safe and therefore exclude drinks such as beer (except for gluten-free beer) or any beverages that may contain milk or nuts.
ALCOHOL, WINES AND WINE FININGS Vineyards, distilleries, makers and distributors of different alcoholic beverages do not have the obligation to indicate their products' ingredients. Moreover, wine finings which are substances that are usually added at or near the completion of the processing of wine, beer and various nonalcoholic juice beverages, may contain or be Zero8 allergens. Although we carefully research the general safety level of our wines and alcohols, we leave it to our clientele to evaluate the risks for themselves and we recommend that they follow the recommendations and medical advice of a physician. WARNING CONCERNING CERTAIN INGREDIENTS We share the same opinion as Health Canada concerning coconut and nutmeg (*). We also share the same opinion as Health Canada concerning oats, but we consider that the chances of cross-contamination are too high, therefore we presently exclude oats from all our recipes.
ZERO8 KITCHEN Our kitchen is specialized and dedicated to the creation and preparation of our dishes. We only allow in our kitchen the hypoallergenic ingredients that we have deemed safe.
THE ZERO8 PROCEDURE We take several precautions to minimize the risks of direct or indirect exposure of the ingredients we use in the kitchen with Zero8 allergens such as: ZERO8 KITCHEN, staff training, incoming merchandise supervision, selection of serious suppliers, as well as, a management procedure that allows us to minimize risks towards possible contaminated produce. We strictly follow the procedures and directives issued by Alimentation Zro8 inc.
RESPONSIBILITY LIMITATIONS Despite our best efforts, contamination risks involving Zero8 allergens exist beyond our control; an allergen can be transmitted by a simple handshake. Therefore, you accept that, our administrators, officers, employees, suppliers, franchiser, insurance company, affiliated companies or partners not be held accountable or liable for any incident or damages directly or indirectly linked to the consumption of our products.
EPINEPHRINE We strongly recommend that all our allergic clients bring their epinephrine injector. However, be advised that we always carry a small quantity of injectors so we can react to any unfortunate situation.

*Supplemental information
Health Canada's opinion on coconut:
"Should I avoid coconut and nutmeg if I have a tree nut allergy?
A coconut is a seed of a fruit and nutmeg is obtained from the seeds of a tropical tree. Therefore, they are not usually restricted from the diet of someone allergic to tree nuts. However, some people have reacted to coconut and nutmeg. Consult your allergist before trying coconut or nutmeg products."
